A sports aficionado for the past 14 years, it deemed right to choose this topic for my final Masters assessment

News, politics, home and foreign affairs dominate almost all of the media, but at the same time, sport plays a significant role in the content mix of any news media.

Sport is not everybody’s cup of tea so keeping in mind the four golden rules of sports journalism, I created this website.

  1. Target Audience-Know the stories they are dying to know.
  2. Tone-Engage your readers. Ask questions whenever possible.
  3. Angle-Set your articles apart by exploring different angles. Grab your readers by their throat.
  4. Research-Complete information to get the clear picture of the written story. Includes interviewing.
