The government is not genuine in the peace process.  For example in the first round of Geneva talks, they agreed to implement the ceasefire agreement but on the contrary instead of implementing the ceasefire agreement they started to create paramilitary groups who launched geurilla attacks on our targets.
The SLMM  know the facts of these ceasefire violations by the government armed forces.

How do you react to the EU recently joining several other countries in banning the LTTE.

We are not terrorists, we are a freedom movement.
People have voted for the The Tamil National Alliance party who support our organization and put forward the LTTE mandate. So people have proved in last elections, democratically, that we are the soul representative of the Tamil people,

No that is false propaganda.
The government and the anti-LTTE people have the opportunity to carry this malicious propaganda against us because they have money, they have the media and they have the high commissions everywhere in the world. They have far more opportunity to carry propaganda against our organization but we are a national freedom movement.
We rarely get an opportunity to tell the truth to the world.
